Work Experience Dorset
Our work Experience programme provides an invaluable insight into the workplace. We have proudly been offering students the chance to participate in work by offering placements within our activity company.
We work with many local Schools and educational establishments all over Dorset. Together our aim is to ensure that all young people get the opportunity to gain valuable skills whilst building confidence with an insight into the world of employment.
What you will learn:

- Company Health and Safety Policies
- Gamezone Woodland Maintenance
- Activity Equipment Servicing
- Event Preparation Procedures
- Customer liaison skills
- Supervised Instructing
- Interaction skills with our clients
The placement is within an activity company and will predominately feature working in an outdoor environment. Tasks will include undertaking manual work in helping our instructors to maintain our laser tag and paintball games zones. You will also be given the opportunity to help set up and instruct sessions under the supervision of Dorset Adventure Sport instructors who are DBS checked and first aid trained. We have employees liability insurance covering our work experience programme.
